Some useful tips for homeopathic remedies in the home:

Arnica; this is an excellent remedy to have at home., for any type of soft tissue damage; bruising, knocks, falls, overstrain (marathon runners). It promotes healing on a cellular/blood tissue level.

Belladonna; Brilliant for fevers, especially children with high temperatures. Also very useful if you have been in the sun for too long and subsequently suffer from sunstroke.

Calendula; This has to be the No1 remedy for healing wounds. Because it is an antiseptic remedy it is excellent for healing cuts, grazes, superficial burns or scalds. It can be taken internally as a remedy and you can also buy the cream or tincture, on this website to help heal externally.

Chamomilla; Another No1 remedy to think of when your child is teething.

Phoshporus; This is a good remedy for small wounds that bleed alot.,i.e. bleeding gums, haemorrhoids, toothe extraction and nosebleeds.

Hayfever; with the hayfever season fast approaching there is an excellent combination of remedies that helps with the symptoms and gives excellent relief; Euphrasia, Allum Cepa and Sabadilla.
